Train with Mischka in THREE high-level technical workshops focused on power, precision, and intelligent movement pathways.
*NEW* Kips & Flips on Sat 21 Mar 10.00am (90 min) incorporates flip and kip transitions that are both new trending tricks, and old faithfuls. Depending on level you may learn faux flips, tip offs, full flips and kips. Mischka will guide and spot you through your tricks. There may be some kips to knees so bring your knee pads and shoes just in case. This workshop is aimed at intermediate and above, you must be confident in: invert, leg hangs, and butterfly.
