*NEW* Kips & Flips on Sat 21 Mar 10.00am (90 min) incorporates flip and kip transitions that are both new trending tricks, and old faithfuls. Depending on level you may learn faux flips, tip offs, full flips and kips. Mischka will guide and spot you through your tricks. There may be some kips to knees so bring your knee pads and shoes just in case. This workshop is aimed at intermediate and above, you must be confident in: invert, leg hangs, and butterfly.

Sat 21 Mar 10-11.30am // This workshop incorporates flip and kip transitions that are both new trending tricks, and old faithfuls. Depending on level you may learn faux flips, tip offs, full flips and kips. Mischka will guide and spot you through your tricks. There may be some kips to knees so bring your knee pads and shoes just in case. LEVEL: This workshop is appropriate for intermediate and above. Sun 22 Mar 9.30am-11am // This workshop is designed to help you become the master of your dynamic movement on a static pole. It may include a number of singular tricks as well as trick combinations that might involve casting, drops, leaping out of the floor, tip offs, flares, and flips. You will learn some of Mischka's favourite go-to movements that she is well known for. LEVEL: This workshop is appropriate for advanced-elite level, but can be modified for the ability of intermediate students.

The class may involve pole handstands and combinations, floor and travelling acro movement, and kips. The aim is to teach you to feel more confident in your pole handstands, as well as how to link one movement to the next in a seamless manner. LEVEL: High-intermediate to Elite
