Dynasty Pole features two divisions, Amateur and Semi-Pro+, each with three categories: Tricks, Styles, and Low Flow.

Entries are submitted by video, and only the top scorers in each category will earn their place on the stage. Finalists will compete live for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in their category.

who can enter?

Dynasty is open to NZ-based pole dancers aged 18+ on the date of the event. There are two divisions:

• Amateur

• Semi-Pro+

By submitting an entry, all competitors agree to the terms & conditions.

Semi-Pro+ Division
You should enter Semi-Pro+ if any of the following apply:

• You teach pole for 1 hour or more per week

• You are paid to perform

• You’ve competed in any competition above an amateur level, including:

  • Pole Legends

  • Pole Inferno

  • Rapture

  • Rising Legends

  • Other national or international pro-level comps

That said, you're still welcome to enter Semi-Pro+ even if you don’t tick these boxes, as long as you're comfortable competing at this level.

Amateur Division
You can enter Dynasty Amateur even if you've previously competed in:

• NZAPP Beginner, Intermediate, or Expert categories

• Other entry-level or community comps

• If you're in between, or returning after a break from competing, performing, or teaching — reach out to us.

• Dynasty reserves the right to reassign or disqualify anyone who enters the wrong division.

entry requirements

• Entry is via video submission

• Video must be max 2 minutes — anything beyond will not be judged

• Video must be in one continuous take (no edits or splices)

• Must be filmed within 12 months of entries opening

• Submit the video most relevant to the category you're entering, as it will be judged using the same criteria as the live event

An entry fee of $39.00 + processing fees is required per category.
Payment is collected via Stripe at the time of submission.
Entries without payment will not be considered. Entry fees are non-refundable.​

All entries are scored by external judges, using our official scoring criteria.

Can I Enter Multiple Categories?

Yes! You can enter more than one category, but:

• Each entry must have a separate video and entry fee

• If you qualify in multiple categories, you’ll compete in the one where you ranked highest relative to other entrants

Can doubles enter?

Yes — Doubles are welcome!

• You’ll compete alongside solo competitors

• Your entry must be a doubles routine, not two solos spliced together

• You must compete with the same partner on the night

Can I Choose Pole Modes?

No. All competitors will perform with:

• SPIN pole (stage left)

• STATIC pole (stage right)

These settings cannot be changed.
