About your instructor!
Oliva is a multi-award winning pole dancer from Christchurch. A lover of all things pole, she is an experienced performer, competitor, instructor and judge with 13 years in the industry.
Her emphasis on innovative static transitions and basework has seen her dance on stages across Australasia, win the title of Miss Pole Dance NZ 2018 and 2019 and even dance on stage with Snoop Dogg.
As an accountant by day, she loves the limitless freedom and creativity that is inherent to pole, and can’t wait to see this shine through on stage at Dynasty!

Level: Intermediate/Advanced Prerequisites: shoulder stand (pole assisted or free standing), backwards/forwards roll, pole assisted handstand. We are going to take it low, in a series of pole assisted balances and rolls. There will be a specific focus on unique transitions in and out of shoulderstands, and on maintaining constant contact with the floor to create seamless motion. Recommended attire: shorts, kneepads, heels or socks.

Level: Advanced Prerequisites: aerial invert, true-grip ayesha, strong shouldermount. A workshop for lovers of regrips, ayeshas and dynamic movement. Upgrade your staple pole skills with unexpected entries and exits. Aerial invert, true grip Ayesha and shouldermount are required to get the most out of this workshop.
